Implementation regulations of the event
(Tender supplement)

Requirements for the driver / vehicle:

• The vehicle must be in a technically perfect condition and be approved for use by the road traffic regulations.
• A valid liability insurance for the vehicle must be presented at the paper inspection.
• If the participant is not the owner of the vehicle, the organizer needs the vehicle owner’s declaration of consent.
• Each participant takes part in the training at their own risk.
• The organizer assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage or financial loss (not even for property damage in the area of the racetrack).
• Compensation for damages is not accepted.
• Individual costs (fuel, tires, technical service, etc.), accommodation and meals with the exception of the services below are not included in the participant price.
• The volume of the vehicle must comply with the noise protection regulations of Nürburgring 1927 GmbH. Normally: 98 + 2 DBA phon strength

Training price:

Driver: 3.700,- EUR incl. VAT
Co-driver: 490,- EUR incl. VAT

Scuderia S7 services:

• Meeting on the first evening incl. Briefing and dinner
• Dinner together on the second evening
• Provision of the Nordschleife (2 days) incl. Route safety, ambulance, e-unit car, etc.
• Provision of techn. Basic support (tire / brake service, suspension settings)
• Provision of protective helmets (on request)
• Execution of the training by experienced instructors
• Track catering in the paddock during the day
• Personal coaching in small groups, guided driving and intensive training
• All-round support from the Scuderia S7 and its instructors
• Info folder with program, start number etc.
• Final exam with award ceremony
• Winner and overall winner prizes as well as valuable material prizes

Hints:

The participants are asked to find the appropriate overnight accommodation in good time. You can find hotels and pensions at www.nuerburg.de/tourist-info/deutsch/hotels.php , for example.

However, you also have the option of booking directly at the Dorint Hotel (single room 115, – EUR, code “Scuderia S7”) at the racetrack (Tel. +49 2691 – 309590. Email: janina.fraczek@dorint.com).

It is not possible to arrange a room directly through Scuderia S7 GmbH.

The terms and conditions of Nürburgring 1927 GmbH, 53520 Nürburg, apply exclusively.

TENDER PROVISIONS

1. Type of event

Safety course on a circuit. The event serves to prevent accidents, improve road safety and improve driving discipline. Achieving top speeds is not part of the course. Races are not allowed. The StVO applies.

2. Objective of the event

Promotion of safety awareness, correct reaction in road traffic, especially in dangerous situations, safe interaction between driver / car / street / traffic, promotion of fairness in everyday life.

3. Conditions of participation

• The following can take part in the security course at Scuderia S7 GmbH:
• Holders of a driving license valid in Europe that entitles them to drive the vehicle used.
• Owners of their own or third-party vehicles (approval of the owner required).
• Vehicles that are insured against motor vehicle liability and comply with the StVZO.
• If the organizer accepts vehicles that are not approved for public transport, proof of at least one owner’s liability must be provided before the start of the course.

4. Insurance

The participants are not insured against risks associated with the event. If necessary, this must be clarified by the participant with his insurance company (in particular fully comprehensive insurance).

5. Security Precautions

Seat belts and protective helmets must be worn while driving. Windows and convertible / sunroofs must be closed. The instructions of the organizers, especially the coaches and instructors, must be followed. In the event of gross discipline violations, the organizer reserves the right of exclusion. The participation fee will not be refunded.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Drivers and possibly co-drivers undertake to sign the disclaimer before the start of the event.

7. Identification of vehicles

Before the start of the event, each participant receives start number and participant stickers for each vehicle. These must be removed again immediately after the event.

8. Change of tender

The organizer is not liable for damages for all changes to the advertisement or cancellation of the event caused by force majeure or for safety reasons or by authorities and race track owners.

9. Participation fee and registration

The participation fee must be paid when registering in writing by crossed check or bank transfer.

The entry can only be processed after the course fee has been paid.

The participation fee covers the following costs: track rental, catering on the track, track and organizational material, costs for instructors and coaches, general Personnel costs, any necessary ambulance and paramedics, general Cost of the event.

The number of participants is limited. Please register on the organizer’s registration form. Unfortunately, incomplete registration forms cannot be processed. The inbox decides on the order of processing. With the signature on the registration form the participant accepts the conditions of the organizer.

10. Cancellations

Until 30.04.2023 or 02.08.2023 the cancellation fee is 1.850,- EUR for the driver or 250,- EUR for the co-driver. In the event of cancellation at a later point in time, the entire participation fee will be retained. As a precaution, we recommend that participants take out travel cancellation insurance if necessary (not included in the course fee).
